These terms explain the scope of the Wisebrook editorial project and the limits of the information published at wisebrook.org.

1. Acceptance
By accessing wisebrook.org, you agree to use the website in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Editorial scope
Wisebrook is an independent editorial project about Canadian accommodation, setting, dining, wellness, access and associated age-restricted casino spaces. It does not operate a hotel or casino, provide gambling, accept reservations, process payments, display live prices or availability, or provide a loyalty account.
Property order is not a ranking. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and omission is not a negative assessment.
3. No affiliation
Wisebrook is not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with the hotels, resorts, casinos, public agencies or support services referenced on the website. Property names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the subjects being discussed.
4. Accuracy and changing information
Reasonable care is taken to use official sources for material facts. Hotel amenities, operating hours, access routes, policies, age-verification practices and other details can change without notice. Wisebrook does not warrant that every item is complete, current or error-free.
Confirm reservations, prices, availability, accessibility requirements, casino hours and entry conditions directly with the relevant property or authority before relying on them. The reserved correction address and its current availability are listed on the contact page.
5. Adult casino access
The editorial website itself does not provide gambling. The physical casino spaces discussed are age-restricted: 18+ in Alberta and Québec, and 19+ in British Columbia. A venue may require valid government-issued identification and may apply additional conditions.

6. External websites
Links to property, government, support and photography websites are provided for reference. Those websites are operated independently and have their own content, terms, accessibility practices and privacy policies. Wisebrook does not control or accept responsibility for them.
7. Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote short portions of the website for personal, editorial or research purposes with clear attribution. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent Wisebrook content as an official property statement, or reproduce a substantial part of the site as your own publication.
8. Intellectual property
Original Wisebrook text, layout and brand elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party photographs and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Photography credits are listed on the Sources & photo credits page.
9. Availability and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wisebrook is not responsible for losses arising from a decision made solely from site content, interruption of access, or the content or conduct of a third-party website. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes
Content and these terms may be updated when the guide changes or legal and operational requirements evolve. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
